The resort offers a boat launch ramp, boat trailer parking, mini golf, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and an activity center.
The condo is about 20 minutes to Silver Dollar City, and 30 minutes to Eureka Springs, Arkansas, and 30 minutes to Branson, Missouri.
The condo is fully furnished with a king size bed in each bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has a TV and the living room has a 36" flat screen TV mounted to the wall.
