The home is spacious and can accommodate up to 16 people. There are many windows to view breathtaking Tahoe Pines from each level. The bottom floor has a large room for entertaining. This includes a large home theater with a projector screen, pool table, airhockey table, large TV, DVD, and wet bar. There is plenty of seating for everyone.

The private bedroom has a queen size bed and a shared newly remodeled full bathroom. On the second floor is the kitchen, breakfast nook with dining for six and a larger dining room for eight, TV, and gas log fireplace. Off of the living room is a huge deck with BBQ and patio furniture. There are 2 bedrooms on this level; a room with a king and queen bed, private full bathroom, and TV; the other bedroom has a king bed, TV and bathroom that can be accessed through the bedroom or hallway. The loft is open with a bunk bed, a double bed and futon bed. The loft entrance has steep stairs.

For your convenience this home has wired and wireless internet. No garage access. A maximum of four vehicles are permitted at this property. Excess vehicles may be parked at our property manager's office (less than 1/2 mile away) or parked at the casinos (about one mile from the property). Chains or snow tires required in the winter.

This is a family-oriented neighborhood with year-round residents on all sides, therefore, groups intending to celebrate with loud and disruptive parties are discouraged and should be held off site.
