In order to keep property listings up to date, you will receive an email every 30 days – to keep you property on the site, simply click the 'still for sale by owner' link in the email. | Can I include photos in my posting? Yes, you can include up to 20 photos. You will be given an opportunity to upload photos as part of the posting process. Alternately you may add or change photos at any time after you have posted your property. You may also select which of your photos you would like to have displayed as your primary photo. The primary photo will be the only photo displayed in search results. The additional photos will be available when buyers are viewing your full details page. Return to Questions |

| How do buyers contact me? Can I keep my contact information private? When you post a property, there are spaces for you to input phone numbers and an email address. Phone numbers are not required and may be left blank. If you choose to input a phone number, it will be displayed on your property details page so that buyers may use it to contact you. If you choose not to include a phone number in your posting, buyers may still contact you by email. A valid email address is required to post a property (so that you can receive your PUBLISH/EDIT email). However, your email address will not be displayed to buyers. BigBrick relays emails to you from buyers to keep your email address anonymous. BigBrick will not sell your personal information or SPAM you. Return to Questions |

| How do I search properties that are for sale? From the BigBrick home page, you begin by entering a city and state or a zip code. You may choose to display these properties in a map format or a list format. In the map format, you can focus your searching on a particular neighborhood by using the controls found on the upper left side of the map. These controls allow you to scroll the map up and down, side to side, or zoom in and out. You may also drag the map by clicking on the map itself (not on a pinpoint) and then move your mouse while still holding the click. The buttons on the top right of the map allow you to switch between a plain map view, a satellite view or a hybrid combination view. In the map format, all properties will be displayed as pinpoints on the map. Mousing over one of the pinpoints will open a small bubble that displays basic details of the property. To view all the property details and photos, click once on the pinpoint. In the list format, properties will be displayed in a list sorted by price. Basic details will be displayed for all properties and you may view all the property details and photos by clicking the 'full details' link. At the top of either format of search results page, there are two buttons for map and list that allow you to toggle back and forth between the two formats. Also at the top, is a box that will allow you to narrow your search to include only properties that meet specific criteria. Once you have selected options to narrow your search, click the ‘update results’ button to refresh the results and display only the properties that match your specific criteria. Your criteria will remain the same as you toggle between the map and list options. The keyword box allows you to display only properties that have certain keyword(s) within the text description. For example, if you enter “pool”, only properties with the word "pool" in the description will be displayed in search results.
